The binding agreement signed by the two companies includes the construction and transfer of four (4) solar parks in southern Romania. They are already at an advanced stage of development, with 13 MW scheduled to go into commercial operation in 2023. Aisni that 108 MW in 2024 and 90 MW in the third quarter of 2025.

The commercial operation date (COD) will be respected for all parks. Total annual production from the projects is expected to exceed 300 GWh of green energy.
