7. How long do we keep your personal data?

The Data related to the creation of your user account and your subscription will be kept by The Company for a period of five (5) years from the end of the contractual relationship or the inactivity of your user account. At the end of this period, this Data (i) be archived for accounting and evidentiary purposes for the applicable legal limitation periods, or (ii) will be destroyed if the said time limits have expired.
In the event that we collect banking data, it will be kept securely for the time necessary to validate your order and payment and will then be deleted in accordance with the regulations applicable to the purpose. For the purposes of claims management, your Data may be kept for evidentiary purposes in an intermediate archive.
