An expansion strategy

NovaSource Announces Acquisition of First Solar‘s Australian Operations and Maintenance Assets This acquisition is the result of the group’s expansion strategy. Thus, upon his arrival, the CEO of the company aims to become a national and global leader in the field of services.

NovaSource is acquiring approximately 500MW of solar energy production on the Australian continent. With this acquisition, the company now operates and maintains over 20GW of solar power plants in 11 countries.

Development of partnerships

NovaSource is a portfolio company of Clairvest Group. It seeks to develop lasting partnerships with its customers by offering greater value in maintenance. In addition, she is also involved in the design and management of projects.
