Solar N Plus New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Solar N Plus), a major player in the production of solar cells and modules, has signed a landmark agreement to supply 500 MW of high-efficiency N-type solar products to foreign markets. This contract marks a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion.

The N-type solar products developed by Solar N Plus stand out for their advanced technology, ensuring superior conversion efficiency, improved resistance to light-induced degradation (LID) and potential-induced degradation (PID). These technical characteristics ensure greater reliability and optimal energy production over the long term.

Ashley Wang, Vice President of Solar N Plus, stated: “We are delighted to collaborate with local partners to offer innovative photovoltaic products that accelerate technological progress. As a recognized leader in photovoltaic technology, we are proud of our excellence in quality, efficiency, and production and research capabilities.”

With its technological expertise and commitment to innovation, Solar N Plus strengthens its role as a leader in the renewable energy sector. The company strives to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving global market while supporting the transition to clean and sustainable energy.

A key technological advancement for photovoltaics

N-type technology provides crucial advantages for modern photovoltaic applications. These modules feature a lower temperature coefficient and reduce encapsulation losses, which are essential assets for maximizing energy yield under varying conditions. By leveraging these technologies, Solar N Plus continues to drive the development of the local and international photovoltaic industry.

A partnership to accelerate the energy transition

This 500 MW contract highlights the importance of international collaboration in promoting renewable energy. Solar N Plus emphasizes that this initiative will accelerate the adoption of reliable and innovative solar solutions, which are essential for the decarbonization of global energy systems.
