VALOREM and T&T PROENERGY have signed a partnership agreement to develop over 300 MW of solar photovoltaic projects in Poland’s renewable energy sector. This initiative is part of a joint effort to achieve the objectives of the Energy policy of Poland until 2040 (PEP2040). Gwenaël Jestin, International Director of VALOREM, and Roman Tabaka, President of T&T PROENERGY, both expressed their pride and enthusiasm for the collaboration.

Growth and expansion strategy

By setting up in Poland in 2021, VALOREM has indicated its intention to expand in the European renewable energies market. With 2 GW of projects already underway in Finland and Greece, this partnership with T&T PROENERGY is a key step in consolidating VALOREM’s presence in Europe. The success of this partnership is also the result of the work of numerous advisors and experts. VALOREM and T&T PROENERGY would like to thank Ensovia, Ernst and Young, Greenberg Traurig, Paweł Marcinkiewicz GML, and Equity and Growth Investments for their significant contribution. These collaborations reflect the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and the value of specialist advice in the development of renewable energy projects.

This partnership illustrates VALOREM’s and T&T PROENERGY’s commitment to a sustainable and inclusive future. By harnessing local energies, the two companies are paving the way for a future in which Poland, and by extension Europe, can rely on clean, renewable and affordable energy. The initiative marks a significant step forward in achieving energy transition objectives, underlining the potential of strategic collaborations in the renewable energy sector.
