B.Grimm Power Acquires 25% Stake in 406 MW Hydropower Portfolio in the United States

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited is strengthening its presence in the U.S. renewable energy market. Its subsidiary BGP Holding (US) LLC has completed the acquisition of 25% of the membership interests in New England Reliable Hydropower Holdings LLC (NERH), an entity affiliated with Brookfield NERH Aggregator LLC. The transaction amounts to $230.02 million (approximately THB 7,242.43 million). Brookfield retains the remaining 75% of the capital.
