HNO International (OTC: HNOI), a key player in the production and distribution of clean hydrogen, has signed a hydrogen supply agreement with a Texas-based company specializing in zero-emission mobility. Under the agreement, hydrogen will be supplied from HNO’s Scalable Hydrogen Energy Platform (SHEP™), capable of producing up to 500 kilograms of clean hydrogen per day.

A solution for long-distance mobility

This partnership will enable the Texas-based company to fuel its fleet of Class 8 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (FCEVs), a strategic move to reduce the carbon footprint in the freight transportation sector. HNO’s SHEP™ system, paired with its Compact Hydrogen Refueling System (CHRS™), provides a reliable and scalable refueling solution to support long-haul operations.

A rapidly growing project

This agreement is expected to generate nearly $10 million in multi-year contracts. HNO is projecting a rapid expansion in its hydrogen production capacity within the first year of operation to meet the growing demand for clean fuels in transportation and logistics. According to Don Owens, founder and CEO of HNO International, this project highlights the increasing demand for clean hydrogen fuel in heavy-duty transport.

A sustainable alternative to diesel

This initiative is part of a broader trend where hydrogen is increasingly seen as a viable alternative to diesel in heavy-duty transportation. The Texas-based company’s adoption of hydrogen fuel cell technology offers both business growth and environmental sustainability, ensuring operational efficiency comparable to traditional diesel engines.
