You will report to the Budget and Management Control Department.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
– Updating and monitoring the team’s absence schedule
– Compiling highlights from the Digital Factory
– Monthly distribution of dashboard and memo to Comex members (contact repro)
– Draw up the annual highlights schedule and pass on information to correspondents (Outlook invitations, etc.).
– Organization of meetings (Teams or face-to-face): room reservations, attendance monitoring, etc.
