– Maintain Group applications in operational condition by working with technical partners (TMA) and editors (interfaces and processing)
– Provide technical support for applications in production and monitor the resolution of incidents and service requests in Easyvista on a daily basis
– Monitor production deliveries and control the quality of deliverables and documentation
– Manage test books, perform pre-production tests
– Ensure preventive maintenance of applications and propose solutions to improve existing systems
– Participate in the implementation of new applications and contribute to BuildToRun with the Project team and Run Infrastructure.
– Help steer and monitor TMAs during weekly committees (backlog monitoring)
– Manage priorities with your manager
– Update documentation on procedures and interventions
– Communicating incident resolutions
