Missions & Responsibilities
As part of the development of our e-fuel projects, we are looking for a Senior Drafter. Your main tasks will be to :
– defining plant layouts and making proposals for the positioning of different units and the routing of pipes and cables;
– preliminary plans of arrangement for projects in the pre-development phase, based on the prerequisites provided (in particular by the process and safety disciplines);
– scale models and plant layout plans;
– models and plans produced by third parties, and update them if necessary;
– the smooth running of the projects to which he/she is assigned;
– QHSES policies.
The ability to perform the following tasks would also be appreciated:
– pipe classes
– diagrams (Block Flow Diagram, Workflow) in Visio or equivalent ;
– process diagrams (PFD, PID)
– single-line diagrams (SLD) ;
– models and drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Profile
Trained to Bac+2 (BTS, DUT or equivalent) or Bac+3 (Licence professionnelle en conception Mécanique ou Installation générale), you have at least 10 years’ experience in the design/modification of chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas installations. You have a sound knowledge of industrial design, enabling you to :
– drawings (sides) and associated parts lists ;
– installations and layout plans ;
– isometric and support specifications in 2D or 3D, with associated quantity surveys. You are familiar with tools such as E3D, AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOCAD Plant 3D, Rhinoceros, or 3DS Max. Knowledge of Solidworks, MySurvey and design with E3D in a point cloud environment (“hybrid” model) derived from a 3D scan would be a plus. You will be able to adapt to a fast-growing company and demonstrate autonomy, team spirit and versatility. A good command of English is appreciated to enable you to participate in the company’s French and international growth.
