Activities
As a Training and HRIS Analyst, your main tasks will be to :
Produce training-related reports on the RC perimeter:
Social reporting :
Generate social balance sheet, global social panorama, training data for HR commission
Prepare training presentations to HR and CSE committees
Follow-up reports:
Enriching dashboards
Improve existing reporting
Check data quality, analyze discrepancies and implement corrective measures
Automate recurring reporting
HRIS support:
Learn how to use the training management tool
Act as the tool’s first-level help desk for training players
Participate in the department’s various projects:
such as conducting know-how transfers, supporting managers in drawing up individual training plans, running webinars, etc…
Background and environment
The Chemical Refining Division’s Skills, Professions and Training Department is part of the Human Resources and Communication Division’s Professions, Projects and Skills Support Division. Within the Refining-Chemicals scope, this department is responsible for proposing a training policy to Refining-Chemicals General Management, deploying and monitoring it, and evaluating its performance. Your mission will be to produce reports and analyze training data in order to improve monitoring and evaluate performance. You will also be responsible for supporting RC sites in the use of the training management tool.
