GreenFire Energy Inc. marks a major turning point in the geothermal industry. The company was recently awarded the Export Achievement Certificate (EAC) from the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA).

International recognition for GreenFire Energy

The award was presented at a ceremony in San Francisco, California, on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders Week. In fact, the EAC is an important recognition awarded to American companies that have successfully penetrated new markets or expanded the sale of innovative products abroad.

GreenLoop Technology: A Revolution in Geothermal Energy

GreenFire Energy, in close collaboration with the U.S. Commercial Service (CS), has developed an implementation strategy for deploying its GreenLoop technology. However, this initiative is part of a pilot project funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) in support of the Energy Development Corporation, the Philippines’ largest renewable energy producer.

Strategic Collaboration and Sustainable Development

GreenLoop technology, developed by GreenFire Energy, represents a major breakthrough in the field of geothermal energy. Rod Hirsch, Director of CS in Oakland, expressed his satisfaction with the assistance provided to GreenFire Energy in establishing a crucial contact with a Philippine buyer.
Joseph Scherer, CEO of GreenFire Energy, emphasized the honor of receiving the Certificate of Export Achievement. However, he highlighted GreenLoop’s unique ability to leverage underutilized assets and increase geothermal energy production, underlining the company’s commitment to a sustainable approach to renewable energy.

GreenFire Energy, by obtaining the Certificate of Export Achievement, demonstrates the effectiveness and relevance of its GreenLoop technology in the geothermal energy sector. This success paves the way for more sustainable and efficient use of geothermal resources, contributing to the global energy transition.
