Audax Renovables will begin operations at the Carolinas I and II photovoltaic power plants in El Casar (Spain).
The company has obtained the operating permit from the Provincial Delegation of Guadalajara required to start up the plants.
Audax Renovables launches two new power plants
The company has obtained the necessary authorization to launch production at its new Carolinas I and II photovoltaic power plants.
These Audax Renovables plants have a capacity of 10 MW.
They are located in El Casar, in the province of Guadalajara (Castilla-La Mancha).
Current conditions resulting from Covid-19 have delayed procedures.
However, the installations are now ready for commissioning.
The Carolinas I and II photovoltaic plants will sell electricity to the parent company.
This project is part of Audax Renovables’ strategy to expand its production portfolio.
The company aims to supply 100% renewable electricity and gas.
A large-scale 100% renewable energy project
Audax Renovables continues to expand with the launch of these two new solar power plants.
The company also started production at the 5 MW Cañamares photovoltaic plant a few weeks ago.
The company also has other projects under construction across Spain.
These include the Zarzuela, Alberizas, Calañas and Les Arenales power plants, with a total capacity of almost 50 MW.
The company expects these sites to be completed before the end of the year.
