Aramco, through its subsidiary Saudi Aramco Technologies Company, announces an agreement.
The company has signed an agreement with AccessESP for the worldwide marketing of JumpStart, a unique well reflux and cleaning solution.

Aramco cuts drilling time and risk

The major innovation of the JumpStart service: an electric submersible pump (ESP) system.
Temporarily deployed, this system efficiently accompanies drilling or workover operations.
Oil and gas wells are cleaned or pumped quickly, efficiently and safely.

Experiments in offshore wells in Saudi Arabia confirm the following triptych: reduced drilling time, increased production, limited risk. Mr. Al-Ghamdi, CEO of Saudi Aramco Technologies Company comments:

“The ability to use a recoverable downhole pump to remove heavy disposal fluid prior to production dramatically reduces drilling time and risk”.

Up to 50% reduction in drilling time

The temporary deployment of an ESP, instead of conventional combinations, coiled tubing and nitrogen injections, lowers costs.
JumpStart saves millions of dollars in well-cleaning costs.
Not only by reducing the drilling time required, but also by limiting the number of people and equipment needed.
By partnering with AccessESP, operator Aramco benefits from exclusive access to JumpStart services.
Under license, the technology provides Aramco with technical expertise and guarantees AccessESP long-term revenues.
