MET Group enters the Romanian renewable energy market. With the acquisition of a 52 MWp solar project ready for construction by 2023. The energy company is thus securing its place in Europe through this acquisition and various projects.

MET Group strengthens its position in Europe with a target of 2GW by 2026

The Romanian-based project is part of MET’s strategic vision to develop its renewable energy portfolio in Europe. It represents an important step towards achieving the group’s renewable energy growth target. A dedicated Green Assets Department provides all the expertise and support necessary for the renewable expansion strategy. The goal is to reach an installed capacity of 2 GW by 2026.
