Experienced reinforcement for 424 Capital

US investment firm 424 Capital announces the acquisition of QE Solar.
QE Solar is a provider of operation and maintenance (O&M) services for commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar infrastructure.
The company is one of the market leaders in solar project maintenance, with over 10 years’ experience.
The aim of this acquisition is to further develop QE Solar, already a reference in its field.
With this investment, the company intends to accelerate and strengthen its offering in solar and battery energy storage systems.
In this way, 424 Capital is encouraging the country to turn towards clean, renewable energy solutions.

3rd investment in renewable energy in a year

This investment should enable the group to expand while helping another to grow.
Kyle Stanbro, Partner at 424 Capital, commented:

“The QE Solar team has built a strong reputation in the market for its ability to optimize complex solar installations and maximize return on investment for asset owners. We are delighted to have the opportunity to partner with this market leader”.

Finally, this acquisition will enable 424 Capital to strengthen its expertise and involvement in the renewable energy sector.
It is even the group’s third investment in renewable energies in the space of a year.
