Technip Energies Considers €1.7 Billion Sustainable Aviation Fuel Plant in Dunkirk
The French engineering group plans to build a sustainable aviation fuel production unit at the port of Dunkirk. The total investment, including a logistics terminal, would reach €1.7 billion, but the final decision remains pending.

Technip Energies has unveiled a project to build a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) plant at the port of Dunkirk. This initiative is accompanied by a second project led by operator Tepsa to create a liquid bulk import-export terminal. According to Dunkirk-Port, the total investment for both projects is estimated at €1.7 billion and is expected to generate approximately 300 full-time equivalent jobs.
