Solar Alliance continues to grow its order book

Solar Alliance Energy Inc. reinforces its position as a leader in solar energy solutions with the signing of contracts for five projects in the southeastern United States. These projects, with capacities ranging from 40 kW to 113 kW, will represent an investment of $1.1 million.

Solar Alliance Energy Inc. (Solar Alliance) (TSX-V: SOLR), a leading solar energy solutions provider focused on the commercial and utility solar sectors, announces the signing of contracts for five solar projects in the southeastern United States, ranging in capacity from 40 kilowatts (“kW”) to 113 kW.

All projects completed by 2023

The contracts include the design and installation of solar projects for various industries in Tennessee and Kentucky, for a total capital cost of $1.1 million. All projects are scheduled for completion in 2023, contributing to a total order backlog of $3.1 million. The most recent contracts signed in the southeastern U.S. include a 113 kW system for a manufacturing customer in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, a 48 kW rooftop solar project on an office building in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, a 46 kW solar system for an agricultural customer in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a 44 kW solar system for an engineering company in Cleveland, Tennessee and a 40 kW project for a beverage storage customer in Newport, Tennessee.

The latest projects are in addition to the small and medium-sized systems in the pipeline, which also includes larger commercial projects. These include a $1.8 million, 872 kW solar system announced on February 13, 2023, for a manufacturing customer in Tennessee. Construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023, with a completion date of October 2023.
