REDEN, an international and independent photovoltaic power producer, has signed a framework agreement with Energy 4 Synergy S.p.A. (E4SY) for the development of a 300 MWp photovoltaic portfolio in Puglia, Italy.

REDEN expands its team in Italy to support its solar energy project development activities

According to the agreement, E4SY will manage all technical and environmental studies, as well as the administrative procedures with the competent authorities, while REDEN will be responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of the large-scale photovoltaic installations. The energy produced will be sold at GSE auctions or through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA). Construction of the project is scheduled to be completed in 100 MWp increments each year, with the last one to be completed by the end of 2027.

This agreement with E4SY is part of REDEN’s co-development strategy, which includes partnerships with experienced and strong developers. REDEN aims to make a significant contribution to the energy transition and has recently expanded its team in Italy with six new employees. Their skills will be particularly valuable in expanding REDEN’s activities and developing new projects, such as agri-photovoltaics.

E4SY: leader in the photovoltaic sector and energy transition in Italy

REDEN already has 27 projects in Italy with a total capacity of over 312 MWp in the final stage of development or under construction, as well as a pipeline of 500 MW in an earlier stage of development. With a presence in a total of eight countries, REDEN underscores its ambitions to play a key role in the production of green energy and to participate in a more secure future for our communities and the planet.

E4SY is an Italian company leader in the photovoltaic sector and energy transition. They specialize in the development of renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on photovoltaic and agrivoltaic plants. E4SY is currently developing more than 1.5 gigawatts to be realized in Italy and is also developing complete integrated solutions to produce green hydrogen. With the experience of its founders and the knowledge of its team of the Italian authorization procedures for renewable energy projects, E4SY is one of the leading developers in the Italian renewable energy market.

Thus, the partnership between REDEN and E4SY is a significant step forward in the production of green energy in Italy.
