NuQuest Energy, a U.S. company, is submitting six of its solar projects to MISO for evaluation.

Industrial expertise

NuQuest Energy, based in Lousiana, is a company specializing in large-scale solar energy development. As a result, its six projects exceed its strategy to build a 1GW portfolio in three years. Alex Guitart, co-founder of NuQuest states:

“We are thrilled that our first portfolio of industrial-scale projects has reached the MISO queue. In just fifteen months, we have demonstrated our ability to assemble a 1 Gigawatt portfolio and are well on our way to creating the next Gigawatt of high quality sites.”

Mr. Guitart and the other three co-founders of NuQuest have over 120 years of experience in the energy industry. The team identifies, secures and commercializes an advanced portfolio of solar projects. In addition, they draw on the industrial expertise of each partner and its strong relationships within the community.

Projects across the United States

NuQuest Energy is a solar development company pursuing a plan to assemble and build a diversified portfolio. As such, their projects focus on utilities, industries and businesses across the United States. The company leverages its project development experience to build a robust and scalable renewable energy portfolio.
