NU E Power Sells 503.5 MW Solar Portfolio in Alberta to Green Harbor
Canadian developer NU E Power Corp. has signed a letter of intent with Green Harbor Partners to divest three solar projects with storage in Alberta. This transaction would mark the company’s first asset monetization.

NU E Power Corp., a Canadian developer listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and on the OTC Pink market in the United States, announced the signing of a letter of intent (LOI) with Green Harbor Partners Corp. for the sale of three solar projects located in Alberta. The assets involved, Lethbridge Two, Lethbridge Three and Hanna Solar, represent a combined capacity of 503.5 MWac of utility-scale solar generation, integrating battery energy storage systems (BESS). Green Harbor Partners, a South Korea-based private equity firm formerly known as Sprott Korea, manages and advises on more than 2.5 GW of solar and wind assets globally.
