Renowned turbines

Nordex indicates that the turbines, located on the four wind farms, will have a total power of 43.2MW. In addition, the orders also include a premium service contract for the turbines. In addition, the premium service period covers 20 years

In Belgium, in the Walloon region, Saint Ode will have five N131/3600 turbines and a total of 18MW. Fernelmont will have two N117/3600 turbines for 7.2MW. Finally Perwez, will also have two N117/3600 turbines for 7.2MW.

Regional orders

The Nordex group will supply one N131/3600 and two N117/3600 turbines for the 10.8MW “Ninove – Denderleeuw – Aalst” wind farm in Flanders. The four wind farms will be in operation by the end of 2023. Finally, delivery and installation work is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2023.

Patxi Landa, CSO of the Nordex Group, says:

“With these four projects, we have received orders totaling over 100 MW from Aspiravi in Belgium since 2020. We are very pleased with the renewed confidence in our technology.”

Nordex is currently supplying and installing 13 turbines at the Lommel site for Kristalpark and Pelt in Belgium. The wind farm will have 46.8MW.
