Lightsource bp has obtained environmental approval for 19 solar photovoltaic projects in Spain. These projects will be located in the provinces of Zaragoza, Seville, Cordoba, Toledo and Valladolid and will develop a total of 1,620 MW. This initiative will involve an investment of 1.2 billion euros and the creation of more than 5,000 jobs during the construction phase as well as approximately 90 jobs for the subsequent operation of the plants.
