Jim Chapman will replace Jaime Spelling as vice president, tax and treasury, at ExxonMobil.
A long experience
Jim Chapman will succeed Jaime Spelling at the end of November 2022. He succeeds Jaime Spellings, who will retire after 31 years with ExxonMobil. Kathy Mikells, senior vice president and CFO of ExxonMobil says:

Jim Chapman holds a Master of Business degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and has extensive experience. He had served as executive vice president and CFO since 2018 at Dominion Energy. In addition, he previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Dominion.
An international experience
Jim Chapman held several finance positions at Barclays Investment Bank and Lehman Brothers in Asia and the United States. Jim Chapman began his career with Ernst & Young in Russia. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in History and Political Science.
Jaime Spellings became general tax counsel in 2010 before becoming vice president of Tax and Treasurer’s in 2020. He joined Exxon Company USA in 1991 and held senior positions in finance, tax and planning. Jaime Spellings had assignments in the United States, the United Kingdom and Thailand.
