Enhol Group joins forces with GreenYellow. Together, they aim to become a key player in decarbonization in Spain. The alliance involves an investment of 200 million euros over five years to reach a capacity of 300 MWp, marking a significant step towards a sustainable energy transition.

Investing in energy efficiency

In addition to the production of renewable energy, the partnership is committed to energy efficiency projects aimed at saving around 100 GWh of energy. This initiative reflects both companies’ commitment to reducing their customers’ carbon footprints and driving operational efficiencies, thereby strengthening their competitiveness in the marketplace.

An integrated offering for customers

Operating under the GreenYellow brand, the new entity will offer a complete platform of decarbonization solutions for commercial and industrial customers in Spain. By combining GreenYellow’s expertise in financed and decentralized energy transition solutions with Enhol Group’s energy offering, the alliance aims to provide a comprehensive range of services to support corporate decarbonization.

Network strengthening and innovation

The alliance plans to expand its ecosystem of EPCs and installers, placing partners at the heart of its growth strategy. It is also committed to developing new activities, such as energy storage solutions, to meet the needs of its customers. This collaboration between GreenYellow and Enhol Group promises to bring innovation to the Spanish self-consumption market.

By combining their capabilities, GreenYellow and Enhol Group aim to increase their customers’ energy independence, facilitate their sustainable transition, boost their competitiveness and reduce their operating costs. Marcelino Oreja, president of the alliance, stresses the importance of this collaboration for GreenYellow’s organic and external growth in Spain, a dynamic market rich in opportunities due to its strong commitment to the energy sector and sustainable investment.
