Exus Renewables has been appointed asset manager for BNZ’s solar portfolio in Spain. This partnership includes the technical and commercial management of 11 photovoltaic projects, totalling 350MW, with commercial operation dates (COD) scheduled between May 2024 and June 2025.
Strategic collaboration
The solar power plants are strategically located across Spain, ensuring optimum coverage of sunny areas. Exus will provide comprehensive technical and financial asset management, overseeing the operational aspects of the plants, including regular maintenance and performance monitoring to maximize energy production.
Financial management before COD

By carefully managing financial aspects from the outset, Exus will ease the transition to full operation, reducing potential financial risks.
Performance optimization
Exus’ specialized team will use its customized optimization and reporting tool, BlueSky, to provide comprehensive supervision and analysis of project performance. This system makes it possible to set performance benchmarks and optimize energy production across all projects in the portfolio.
Risks and financial viability
Rigorous project management will ensure revenue optimization and long-term project viability, while implementing robust risk management practices to ensure long-term stability and reliability.
