Sale of assets in Romania

Enel has entered into exclusive talks with Greece’s PPC to sell its Romanian operations, which could be worth more than €1 billion. According to Enel’s CEO, Francesco Starace, this process should be concluded by the end of June.

Sale of assets in Argentina and Peru

Enel is also in the process of selling assets in Argentina and Peru. General Manager Starace said they were “close” to selecting a preferred bidder in Argentina. In Latin America, the talks also concern certain Chilean solar assets owned by Enel, according to sources close to the matter.
