Enefit Green announces the acquisition of a wind power project in the Gulf of Riga. Indeed, the Baltic Sea region’s renewable energy producer recently announced the acquisition of the Liivi Offshore OÜ offshore wind farm project in the Gulf of Riga from Eesti Energia AS. The transaction, valued at 6.2 million euros, demonstrates the company’s commitment toclean and sustainableenergy production.
Preliminary work underway in the Gulf of Riga for the development of wind power
The wind farm will have a capacity of 1 GW and preliminary work is currently underway for an environmental impact assessment, a preliminary engineering analysis of the wind farm and a special state plan for the construction of the grid connection.
Enefit Green, a strong presence in the renewable energy sector
In addition, with wind farms in Estonia and Lithuania, cogeneration plants in Estonia and Latvia and solar farms in Estonia and Poland.
