Egypt Inaugurates 5 GW Solar Complex with EliTe Solar
The Egyptian Prime Minister inaugurated EliTe Solar’s industrial complex in Ain Sokhna. This 78,000 m² facility will produce solar cells and modules for a total investment of $116 million.

Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly inaugurated EliTe Solar’s industrial complex in the Ain Sokhna industrial zone on January 11. The site is located within the TEDA Egypt economic and trade cooperation zone, part of the Suez Canal Economic Zone. According to company data, the facility covers 78,000 m² and has a planned total industrial capacity of 5 GW.
