Edison Energy, announces the acquisition of Alfa Energy to expand the service offering to its customers and partners.

A long-standing partnership

Edison Energy, with the acquisition of Alfa Energy, wants to help industries and institutions define commitments to sustainable development. The union of the two companies will allow its clients to manage choices and opportunities for a net zero future. In addition, UK-based Alfa Energy has a pan-European presence.

Alfa Energy collaborates with leading partners. Also, the company has been a trusted partner for Edison Energy for over seven years. This partnership builds relationships between representatives of these organizations through a commitment to their common customers.

Strategic objectives

This partnership combines the expertise of both companies as well as their technological capabilities and knowledge of local markets. Edison Energy Director Oded J. Rhone states:

“Due to the increase in customers worldwide looking for ways to decarbonize their operations, the time has come for Edison Energy to expand its platform across the Atlantic by offering our services to 22 European countries. In these turbulent times in the energy markets, the needs of our customers are changing rapidly. The synergy of Edison Energy and Alfa Energy’s capabilities allows us to best meet their needs and sustainability goals in an efficient and timely manner.”

These assets will help organizations achieve their strategic, financial, energy and sustainability goals.

However, further sustainable development of industries necessarily requires large-scale decarbonization. Decarbonization is a result to be achieved on the whole planet. This imperative is all the more crucial in a context of high market volatility.
