Avanti Energy concludes the acquisition of approximately 20,000 hectares of land in Montana.
The reason: their potential wealth of helium.
This project demonstrates the company’ s determination to establish itself as a leader in the helium market.

Avanti Energy acquires two new properties

The helium specialist signs an agreement to acquire two additional properties in Montana, totaling 50,000 acres.
The presence of helium on these two properties is highly probable.
The company is now in the process of verifying the land in order to finalize the acquisition agreements.
These remain conditional on a due diligence audit of the property.
Avanti Energy is currently carrying out this audit, which should be completed in July 2021.

96% nitrogen and 2% helium

The properties acquired by the company feature numerous closed structural ridges, perfect for helium trapping.
Studies also show that the surrounding wells have helium percentages of up to 2%.
Finally, the area also has very high nitrogen percentages, reaching 96%.

A strategy of acquiring promising land

This acquisition fits perfectly with Avanti Energ’s strategy of acquiring promising land.
Its aim: to develop helium.
CEO Chris Bakker commented,

“The acquisition of these properties is a significant step forward for Avanti.”

The firm thus expands its helium portfolio to cover more than 60,000 acres in total.
In addition, it continues to evaluate multiple opportunities in Western Canada, as well as in the United States.
Its ambitions are clear: to become a leading helium company.
