Audax Renovables (ADX. MC) launched construction of its La Miranda photovoltaic project on May 10.
The project will be connected to the Fontanar substation.
It will have a total capacity of 6.87 MWp.
This connection will be made via its own transmission line.
The construction period is estimated at around 6 months.

PR_MIRANDA PROJECT

Founded in 2000, Audax Renovables is a vertically integrated Spanish energy group, producing 100% renewable energy.
It also supplies electricity and gas to customers in seven European countries.
It currently has a portfolio of wind farms and photovoltaic power plants in at least 5 European countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and Poland.
Some of these wind farms are already in operation, while others are under construction.
Or at different stages of development.
On May 10, the Group launched construction of its Miranda Project photovoltaic project.
Located in the municipality of Fontanar, in the province of Guadalajara, this project will have an estimated total output of 6.87 MWp.
In the same municipality, in 2020, the Group built its first photovoltaic power plant, called Cañamares.
The plant is now fully operational and performing above expectations.
To this end, Audax Renovables plans to invest around 4.3 million euros in the construction of the La Miranda project.
The project comprises 12,490 x 550 Wp modules, with a Tier-1 category 1-axis tracker.
The tracker will generate around 12.2 GWh/year, equivalent to the energy consumption of almost 3,500 households and around 11,000 people.
Its commitment to clean energy will prevent the emission of some 2,500 tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere every year.

La miranda” own transport line

The Miranda project will be linked to the Fontanar substation, but will have its own transmission line.
This line will measure some 700 meters.
In addition, the company ensures that the work is accompanied by first-rate contractors who meet high quality standards.
Audax Renovables currently has 226 MW of installed capacity, 150% more than in 2020, including the Toabré wind farm project in Panama.
The latter is currently in its final testing phase.
Ultimately, all these projects are in line with Groupe Audax’s firm commitment and strategy.
The Group aims to increase its portfolio of 100% renewable generation either through organic growth or by concluding purchase agreements.
The aim is to supply its customers with renewable energy produced in its own plants.
