Atlas Corp.
a leading global asset management company, recently announced its quarterly dividends.
These dividends relate not only to common shares, but also to Series D, H, I and J preferred shares. For common shares, dividends per share amount to $0.125.
Among preferred shares, dividends on Series D and H amount to approximately $0.49 per share.
For Series I, dividends amount to $0.5 per share.
Finally, for Series J preferred shares, dividends are only around $0.238 per share.
The company has set a dividend payment date of July 30, 2021.

Payment of accrued dividends

On June 14, 2021, the company announced that the Series E and Series G preferred shares would be redeemed on July1, 2021.
At the time of this redemption, holders of the shares also received all unpaid accrued dividends.
Thus, the dividends unveiled by the company represent the 64th consecutive common share dividend with its predecessor Seaspan.
