APR Energy wins several contracts in Mexico for the use of 10 gas turbines with a total capacity of 330 MW.
The aim is to supply sites in Baja California, Mexico, from the second quarter of 2021.
APR Energy to supply base load power to sites in Baja California
APR Energy has been awarded multiple contracts for 10 gas turbines.
With a total generating capacity of up to 330 MW, they will supply base load power to sites in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
This is the third year in a row that theAtlas Corp. subsidiary has supplied baseload power to the region.
subsidiary has supplied baseload generation to the region, which experiences significant power shortages during the summer months.
Operation of these projects is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2021 and continue until the third quarter of 2021.

APR Energy intends to strengthen its position in the Mexican market by implementing various projects.
This will be achieved by leveraging its power generation capabilities and deploying fast power solutions.
