Better inspection of oil and gas production sites

There are some 90,000 oil and gas wells currently operating in the USA.
The country also has over 835,000 km of pipelines, which require constant monitoring.
American Robotics’ all-automated drones are therefore very useful for inspecting these installations.

“The oil and gas industry is in a strong position to drive new methods for better data collection and digitization of its physical assets. American Robotics’ autonomous drone system is an ideal solution that can meet this demand,” says Reese Mozer, CEO and co-founder of American Robotics.

These drones can make up to 20 autonomous flights a day, without the need for pilots or ground-based observers.
The frequency of these flights enables the reconnaissance system to constantly transmit data from the machines.
Decision-makers can then receive this data and act instantly.
