The majority-owned subsidiary of Fusion Fuel Green PLC, Al Shola Al Modea Gas Distribution LLC, has announced the signing of new contracts for the supply, installation, and maintenance of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems in major real estate developments in Dubai. These projects include utility operations and bulk LPG delivery for high-capacity residential and commercial sites.

Significant contracts in residential and mixed-use real estate

The order portfolio includes the supply of LPG for a twenty-storey residential tower with 722 apartments, valued at $241,000. Another contract covers a mixed-use, residential and commercial, eight-storey development, amounting to $232,000. These projects are complemented by several new agreements with a total value of around $54,000, illustrating the diversity of scheduled interventions in the coming months.

Sustained delivery volumes and market outlook

Since the start of 2025, Al Shola Gas has reported monthly deliveries ranging from 580 to 630 metric tonnes of bulk LPG, as well as 160 to 180 metric tonnes of bottled LPG. This trend highlights the consistent demand in the United Arab Emirates market. Company officials note that the growth in the order book has fully booked the engineering team’s capacity for the next eighteen months.

Business impacts and sector dynamics

The signing of these new contracts further increases Al Shola Gas’s presence in the LPG segment, strengthening its offer of integrated energy services in the Gulf region. The visibility on future revenues and the solidity of the order book demonstrate the company’s ability to win high-value-added projects. The dynamism seen in Dubai’s LPG market confirms the interest of local stakeholders in reliable solutions tailored to growing needs.
