ReneSola Power, announces the energization of its first inaugural IPP project in Hungary, Csomád 1-2, with a total capacity of 10.2MWp.

A growing market

ReneSola Power energizes the Csomád 1-2 project consisting of two photovoltaic power plants. The project has a total installed capacity of 10.2MWp. Thus, it can supply about 4000 homes per day.

The company entered the Hungarian market five years ago. Since then, the company has put into service 72 feed-in tariff projects totaling approximately 42MW. Thus, Josef Kastner, CEO of ReneSola Power Europe, states:

We are proud to commercialize our first inaugural IPP project in Hungary and are well positioned to drive growth in the coming years and become a key player in the country. An international development

The group is developing over 100MW of ready-to-build projects worldwide. The company is looking for opportunities to develop high margin projects in growing markets. The company is present in the United States and in Europe, particularly in Poland and Hungary.

The company has just secured a new project in Branston, UK which amounts to 50MWp. In addition, the group is developing over 100MW of ready-to-build projects worldwide. Thus, ReneSola Power seeks to become a major contributor to the transition to renewable energy.
