Governance support aligned with industrial ambitions
Boralex currently operates an installed capacity of 3.2 gigawatts and is developing a pipeline of projects totalling 8.2 gigawatts in wind, solar, and energy storage. These developments require reinforced governance to address the financial and operational challenges related to project execution.
The company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, has increased its installed capacity by more than 50% over the past five years. Strengthening the board with high-level financial capabilities aligns with this ongoing expansion strategy.
