Dans cette région, elle dispose d’un vaste portefeuille comprenant des projets récemment attribués tels que l’usine de dessalement par osmose inverse Jubail 3A en Arabie saoudite et l’usine de dessalement Tawelaah aux Émirats arabes unis.
Abengoa participe également à la construction de la plus grande usine hybride solaire-gaz du monde, Waad Al-Shamal, également en Arabie saoudite.
