BPC Instruments, a major player in analytical solutions for the energy sector, has received two major new orders from a London-based multinational oil company.
The orders involve the supply of the AMPTS III DUO system and several BPC Go units, for a total value approaching SEK 700,000.
These instruments are intended for use in renewable natural gas (RNG) projects in California, a key market for the expansion of biogas in North America.
These orders are in addition to a previous purchase in November 2023 by the same company of two AMPTS III systems and two BPC Bioreactor CSTR-10S units, for a total value in excess of SEK 1.5 million.
This continuity illustrates the growing demand for robust analytical solutions in the field of biomethanization.

Technologies tailored to industry needs

The AMPTS III system is designed to evaluate the methanogenic potential of biomass substrates, by simultaneously carrying out several tests on a variety of samples.
This tool is essential for optimizing substrate management and assessing digester performance, thus meeting the need for operational efficiency in biogas production . Its ability to offer detailed analysis of anaerobic digestion processes makes it a key element in laboratories and industrial facilities involved in energy recovery.
The BPC Go stands out for its ability to accurately measure low gas flows and volumes, an essential criterion in biological processes.
Thanks to its Ethernet connectivity, it enables remote process monitoring, giving engineers complete control over critical parameters.
This tool is particularly well-suited to the needs of RNG projects, where accurate measurement is crucial to ensure profitable and efficient operations.

Strategic impact on the North American market

Repeated orders for these technologies from a major player in the energy industry confirm the importance of analytical solutions in optimizing renewable gas production processes.
The integration of these systems in California’s RNG projects not only strengthens local production capacity, but also enhances operational efficiency, bringing these projects into line with the requirements of the North American market. BPC’s expansion in this market reflects a growing demand for instruments capable of providing accurate and reliable analysis, essential for players seeking to maximize the efficiency of their industrial processes.
In response to the sector’s specific needs, BPC continues to establish itself as a key supplier of technologies adapted to today’s energy market challenges.
