Hina Nagarajan joins BP’s board of directors as a non-executive director.

Taking office in March 2023

Hina Nagarajan will join BP as a non-executive director effective March 1, 2023. She has been Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Spirits Limited (a listed Indian subsidiary of Diageo plc) since July 2021. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Advertising Standards Council of India.

Hina Nagarajan is a director and co-chair of the International Spirits and Wine Association of India. Prior to joining Diageo, she spent over 30 years in the FMCG industry. In addition, she held several management positions at Reckitt Mary Kay India and Nestle India.

A recognized experience

Hina Nagarajan is currently Managing Director and CEO of United Spirits Limited. It is the listed Indian subsidiary of Diageo plc.

For the past five years, she was a non-executive director of two other publicly traded companies. Indeed, she worked at Guinness Ghana Breweries Plc. Finally she also worked for Seychelles Breweries Limited.
