Dalkia Completes Edison Next Poland Integration and Renames Its Industrial Subsidiaries
Dalkia Polska has completed the integration of Edison Next assets acquired in December 2025. The two Polish subsidiaries adopt the Dalkia brand, adding nearly €100 million in additional revenue.

Dalkia Polska, a subsidiary of Dalkia within the EDF group, has announced the completion of the integration of assets acquired in December 2025. The two entities previously known as Edison Next Poland and Edison Next Services Poland are now operating as Dalkia Polska Industry and Dalkia Polska Industry Services.
