In Bikaner, India, ReNew Power, following the signing of an agreement, will power the Microsoft technology company.

A technological partnership

In Bikaner, Rajasthan, ReNew Power will produce 150MW of clean energy at its recently commissioned solar site. India’s largest renewable energy company will provide Microsoft with electricity. Sumant Sinha, President and CEO of ReNew Power, states:

“ReNew Power is thrilled and proud to partner with Microsoft, known for its environmental sensitivity, sustainable business practices and global leadership in business climate.”

This project will contribute to the realization of Microsoft’s ambitions. Indeed, the technology giant aims to move to a 100% renewable energy supply by 2025. For its part, ReNew Power is committed to becoming a catalyst for the global energy transition.
