American Electric Power is looking to sell 3.1 million gallons of fuel oil through its subsidiary Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
The fuel oil is Dyed No. 2 from the Riverside plant in Jenks, Oklahoma.
The fuel oil is stored in a 9-million-gallon above-ground tank.
American Electric Power is offering a fixed price per gallon.
Sales will begin on July 21, 2021.
