NG Energy International Corp. has officially completed the sale of 40% of its interest in the Sinú-9 gas block, located in Colombia, to Établissements Maurel & Prom S.A., for a total amount of $150mn (€138.3mn). The transaction is part of a broader series of agreements resulting in a reorganisation of the ownership structure of this strategic concession, now majority-operated by Maurel & Prom with a 61% stake.
