Hanwha Group and Fermeuse Energy have announced the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding to jointly develop a liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Under the terms of the agreement, the South Korean conglomerate will contribute its integrated capabilities across the entire LNG value chain. This collaboration covers development, engineering, financing, shipbuilding, and logistics.
