Vitol and Trafigura Negotiate Venezuelan Crude Sales with Indian and Chinese Refiners

Commodities trading giants Vitol and Trafigura have launched negotiations with refiners in India and China for Venezuelan crude oil deliveries scheduled for March. These discussions follow agreements reached with the U.S. government to market stranded Venezuelan oil. The interim government in Caracas agreed to export up to 50 million barrels to the United States.
