Uniper to Pay First Dividend in Four Years Before Re-privatization
German energy company Uniper proposes a dividend of 0.72 euros per share for 2025, the first payment since 2021, as Berlin prepares to sell its majority stake.

Uniper, German state-owned energy company, announced on Wednesday the resumption of dividend payments for the first time in four years. The company is proposing a dividend of 0.72 euros (0.84 dollars) per share for the 2025 fiscal year. The last payment dated back to 2021, before the company's nationalization by the German government in 2022 during the European energy crisis.
