TAG Oil has announced the closing of a unit offering for gross proceeds of $11.5 million (CAD), approximately $8.3 million. The transaction, led by Research Capital Corporation as lead agent and sole bookrunner, includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The raise comprised two tranches: a prospectus-exempt offering of $5.64 million (CAD) and a private placement of $5.86 million (CAD).
