SolarMax Technology, Inc. announced the signing of a $258.1mn engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Navboot Holdco, LLC for a 600 megawatt-hour (MWh) battery energy storage project in Corpus Christi, Texas. The agreement was concluded by SolarMax’s wholly owned subsidiary, SolarMax Renewable Energy Provider, Inc., and includes design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and high-voltage interconnection infrastructure.
